My heart-felt apologies to you if you have just been diagnosed with cancer, I know all about the trauma that has suddenly been added to your life. More than 19 years ago, I watched my friend go through chemotherapy and helped her buy a wig after the treatments caused hair loss.

That is when I founded Hair Secrets and hired my first staff member who has been dealing with hair loss since she was two years old, due to an autoimmune disease, called Alopecia. Later, my daughter Kim joined us as our stylist and wig specialist.

I have been helping women with private post-mastectomy consultations for over 16 years. I am board certified as a professional prosthesis fitter. Furthermore, Hair Secrets carries the largest selection of prosthesis and pocket bras in the area.

Hair Secrets is an approved Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Tricare provider. Most prosthesis and bras are covered under your insurance provider. We also have wheelchair accessible fitting rooms.
